USI was very excited to take my first bite. The ordering process was easy and it was delivered within three days. I heard so many good things about this company. It definitely lives up to its hype. The meat was so tender! It didn’t need a lot of marinade, in fact we just used our Himalayan salt & pepper and let the meat speak for itself and it sure did. The marbling was beautiful and the taste is definitely unique, in a good way. You can taste how these animals were raised and there is nothing you can buy at a grocery store that can give you this experience.
