USI have ordered several of these roasts. I salt it generously, then pepper, then add some Worcestershire sauce then about 1/2 stick of butter smeared on top. I put in the oven uncovered for 6-8 hours at 225 or 250 degrees F. When it comes out of the oven I have a hard time getting it to the table before my husband and I eat our fill standing at the counter. They are absolutely fantastic when cooked low and slow with some added fat. This last time I also added some bone broth that I made with beef bones and then made gravy from the drippings in the pan. We didn’t eat anything but meat and gravy that night!
