USI've ordered these a couple times now, and have gifted them to family. The taste is so unique and pleasant, and they come out more tender than any tri tip I've cooked before. Using a pellet grill I smoke them at 220F until they get to 125F internal temp, then reverse sear them 4 min per side. Perfection!
USThe quality and taste is superb and the reviews are accurate. I bought a pack of these tri tips and tried the Santa Maria rub recipe on the blog. It does not disappoint. I do recommend using a meat thermometer probe as these do cook ****** on the grill.
