USI scoop these up any time they’re available. My preferred cooking method is to smoke for 90 minutes to get to temperature and then quick sear on grill. Rest for 10, then serve sliced with one lucky attendee securing the bone. My favorite small party meal.

USIt was as decadent as it looks and reads, at an excellent price point. You'll have to spend at least several hundreds of dollars to get something like this, if you're even near a restaurant daring enough to have it on their menu. Watch a video or two on youtube for how to cook such an impressive steak, put some care into making some sides and picking out a nice bottle of red, and have your own $1000 steakhouse experience (after tax and tip, because you are classy enough to tip at a fine steakhouse) right at home!
