USI grilled this on open red oak fire. It was rich, moist, tender and beefy delicious. I will definitely make this a part of my regular repetoire.
USI purchased this for my picky father as a Christmas gift this year. He was so excited to get cooking! He and my mom said it was incredibly rich, and the flavor was amazing. His coworker laughed at him for making the leftovers into a sandwich on plain wheat bread the next day, said it was disrespectful to the meat!
