USRepeat customer here, so I know the meat is great! But I never got this order because it was mispicked before it shipped out and I got a 4 or 5oz elk tomahawk instead of this. The packaging was perfect: layers of eco-friendly insulation on every edge, bags of ice with actual pounds of dry ice i'd have to pay $20+ to buy myself. And the First Light box itself had stories and art printed on and a few layers for a top, really secured. So it was a unique experience to open all this, a box big enough to fit 5 tomahawks, and find a fist-sized piece of meat! All this said, customer support was easy about responding to me within a business day and "making it right" without a fuss. Accidents happen eventually, especially if you order 10+ times a year, and i'll still shop again knowing they're ready to help me if something goes wrong!
