Delivered FROZEN. If you would like to cut this tenderloin into filet steaks, let thaw until possible to cut. Vacuum pack the filets. You can then refreeze them until ready to eat.

USFirst, this is a huge piece of meat! It takes awhile to trim and prepare for a meal, but it cooks nicely and tasted fine. Not quite as tender as expected, but still a good value. We all enjoyed it over New Years.
