Was a little fatty - need to trim off a layer before I grill this next time.
We loved the skirt steak.
USThe order and delivery process was easy and meat showed up well packed and frozen. My only disappointment was how chewy the meat was, the taste was phenomenal. I know a skirt steak is a little chewy and has some connective tissues, but even when removing the connective tissues, It still was really chewy. I have had Mishima Ranch wagyu skirt steak many times and it was not like this.
