USOnce again the short ribs were the highlight of a holiday meal. The honey soy marinade provides great flavor. The store was a big help since we wanted to order some extras to make sure we had enough for everyone. Definitely recommended!
USWas excited to get these but somehow the texture is super tough. I couldn’t get the meat to tenderize. Tried slow cooking it. Searing it. Even tried putting papaya powder on it over night but still very tough.
