A marble score 6+ is extremely special. Our wagyu beef is 100% grass-fed and to get marbling like this is no easy task. Usually reserved exclusively for our Steak Club, we have a limited number available on the General Store. Once they’re gone, they’re gone.

USWe purchased multiple orders this year as gifts this to various friends and family. Since we did not order for ourselves, I cannot comment on actual cuts of meat received. However the order process, confirmations, packaging, delivery and communication were all great. I do think a nice little added touch would be to add some documentation to the packing, such as recommended cooking techniques. We received inquiries from our recipients on how best to cook the steaks, so we shared information that we found on First Light Farms website.
USThese are the best steaks I have ever had…..big statement since I opened 200 plus restaurants. Yep…they are expensive but not radically more than a speciality food market. The cut is extraordinary…a great product for sure. Congrats
USphenomenal steaks that serve as great gifts for your special people. maybe think about doing your own vacuum bag/seal once you receive the steaks - 3 out of 4 in my shipment had a tear and leaked out liquid as they thawed in the frig.
USAs goid as the regular waygu ribeyes are, these were even better.
