USThe ribeyes were thick and marbled nicely. Just cooked them in a cast iron pan with lots of grass fed butter and they turned out great! We bought 2 ribeyes one of them was a little fattier than the other, but overall would buy again.
USThese steaks were truly exceptional! They opened my eyes as to what a steak should taste and feel like when you chew. No other store-bought ribeyes even comes close to these thick cut juicy steaks. Wish I could afford to eat them all the time but I'll settle for an occasional treat. Truly something to look forward to!
