USThe Wagyu NY Strip Steaks (MBS 9+) did not fail to deliver. These babies tasted wonderful and cooked to perfection over my gas grill. The marveling was beautiful and gave the perfect buttery taste to the steaks. I highly recommend these for special meals/occasions. Pair these with some roasted veggies and a nice glass of California Cab and you cannot lose!

USThis is really the best of what First Light offers! Normally this much marbling I would not be comfortable eating, but being grass fed there are no health concerns. Highly recommended!
