USThis is really the best of what First Light offers! Normally this much marbling I would not be comfortable eating, but being grass fed there are no health concerns. Highly recommended!
USI love these steaks and tried both 4+, 6+ and 9+. I think 9+ is the same as 6+ but more expensive. My wife and I tried the 9+ and both agree that it is the same as 6+, but still very delicious and better than 4+. I wish they would sell NY strip 6+ separately, which they don't and always combine it with Ribeye which I don't like their Ribeyes.
USSteaks were delicious! I wish that the 9+ were available at all times!
USThis was very underwhelming. I've purchased the ribeye and strip steak of these (9+),and honestly, several 6+ ribeyes and strips had more marbling and were better.
