USI never had Wagyu Steaks before and was a little apprehensive of my cooking abilities. These steaks arrived on the date expected w/ left over dry ice in the box, completely frozen. So, we were off to a good start. I followed the cooking and prep instructions, and they came out great - medium rare. The taste was fantastic, and they were both large cuts of beef, but we finished every bite. Can't wait to order some more.

USPurchased NY Strip. Received in a couple days. Prepared as noted on their web site. We like med rare. Probably one of the best steaks I’ve every eaten Tender, moist and definitely not chewy. Add a baked potato and asparagus and the meal was perfect. Definitely will make another purchase n
