USThe steaks are incredibly tender, well marbled for a soft texture, however, still retains that beefy flavor. Love how thick the cuts are for the NY strip, and ribeye. The picanha wasn’t as thick as the other cuts. The fat cap was thicker but as it got down to the actual beef it was much slimmer, so it was harder to cook to a medium rare.
