This Ribeye has been graded marble score 4-5. This indicates the amount of marbling in it. MBS 4-5 is classed as medium. Average weight is 3-4 pounds.

This is a half of a Ribeye loin. It can easily be cut into steaks of any size.

Delivered FROZEN. If you would like to cut this ribeye into steaks, let thaw until possible to cut. Vacuum pack the steaks. You can then refreeze them until ready to eat.

USI have been ordering from First Light for a number of years. It won't stop me from ordering again but the last rib eye roast was a tad short on the weight. At the price per pound cost it's a considerable amount of money.

Almost all my purchases at First Light Farms have been tender and flavorful. Not like the grass fed beef I've had from other providers, which has typically been on the tougher side.
