USWagyu is indeed different, so delicious, the BEST ground beef, as so many other reviews attest. I first experienced the Wagyu difference with meat from a different company. And there is an important difference: First Light is not only grass-fed, but ALSO grass-finished. The other company finished with grain. I'm in this for health, not just taste, and First Light will be my first choice for Wagyu as a result. Keep doing what you are doing, and thank you so very much.
