USThis package in my opinion is the best value offered by firstlight. They always have excellent marbling and truly are extremely tender. You get two steaks with them being frequently over 1lb each. I've even had one before at nearly 2lb!
USFlat irons are pulled from the top blade, which has connective tissue running right through the middle. The flat irons are on either side of this connective tissue. I ordered 2 packs (4 total steaks) in my last purchase, and I found that 2 steaks had not been cut particularly well and still had quite a bit of connective tissue in them. Flavor wise, these steaks are incredible, but they did need a little extra work.
