USI lived in New Zealand for 2 and half years and would buy First Light Wagyu burgers at the Supermarket all the time and I remember them tasting so much better. I’ve put in an order for Wagyu ground beef and I’m hoping I can make better burgers with it.
Hi, thanks for your review. Our burger patties in New Zealand are very different we add flavors such mustard, miso and herbs and spices to them which is more traditional to a New Zealand burger recipe. The ones we sell here in the USA are 100% meat no other ingredients.
