USWe were so amazed at how large these steaks are. They truly have an incredible flavor and for the price it is a really good value when you can go to a store and buy couple grass fed steaks that are great but still not a whole lot cheaper alot of the time from our experience and not as good. One of our steaks was almost 3 pounds and it was a $65 steak that could feed a few people depending on how big of an appetite whoever is eating them has. The vension and elk are really good also and there is no beef mixed with the elk which is a plus!
