USI bought a variety box as a Christmas gift for my dad. He told me it was the best steak he ever had. I’ll be ordering again.
USI was a chef for over 47 years in high-end steakhouses in the Boston area I love the product. The one steak I had was the New York sirloin. I haven’t had any other ones yet, but the trim could’ve been a little better too much gristle left on steak itself. Love it and will order it again.

USI have gifted many people with First Light steaks, but never to myself. NOW though, after eating some really pathetic steaks from Whole Foods this week, I’m going to treat MYSELF to First Light meat from here on out! Life is too short not to eat good quality meat! Thanks!
