Delivered FROZEN. Let thaw in the refrigerator or keep frozen. Our steaks are cut to thickness (1 ¼ inch) not to weight this ensures even cooking across multiple steaks.
All orders are shipped frozen unless noted otherwise. We ship Monday – Wednesday. If you place an order Wednesday – Sunday, it will ship the following week. Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 2 days.
