Please note this product is still great but we class these steaks as seconds and potentially not up to the same standard as our usual steaks due to been chilled product frozen at best before. Delivered FROZEN. Let thaw in the refrigerator or keep frozen. Our steaks are cut to thickness (1 ¼ inch) not to weight this ensures even cooking across multiple steaks.
All orders are shipped frozen unless noted otherwise. We ship Monday – Wednesday. If you place an order Wednesday – Sunday, it will ship the following week. Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 2 days.
