A First Light brisket is unlike any other grass-fed beef brisket. Because of the high level of intramuscular fat compared to regular grass-fed beef a First Light brisket maintains moisture throughout the cooking process resulting is a juicy delicious brisket. Average weight is 8-9 pounds.

USI just did a review for 6+ rib eyes I purchased for my annual WV fly fishing trip. This was also purchased for that trip. I have smoked one of these before and it was to die for. Like I said in my other review, I am introducing my buddies to First Light Farms. They want to compare this to a Costco brisket. There will be no comparison.
