USLove cutting this into thick steaks and serving when guests are over. Definitely the best tasting steak.
USI am now on a carnivore diet where I only eat meat butter and salt. I make grilled 2 inch ribeye steaks everyday and I never get tired of this great quality ribeye.
USWe all know we should be eating grass-fed beef, but who likes the chewy texture? First Light solved this in a big way, with grass-fed wagyu that tastes as good, if not better, than SNF or Australian wagyu. Now I can savor rich, tender wagyu without wondering how much GMO corn was stuffed into the poor animal.
