USGreat job love the venison
USI bought the Venison variety box for the 3’d time, so far. Its a very nice variety of top quality and juicy Venison. All items are special in their own way but the short **** is a positive surprise as I never had it growing up eating Venison. I guess the hunters kept that piece to themselves :) As others have already commented - Do not over cook.

USI've never had venison or elk before so I was beyond pleased. The package arrived earlier than expected with the dry ice still intact. I was a bit worried because I live in south Florida and previous cold food orders did not survive the heat and humidity... even in early spring. The meat was supreme and cooked like magic.... juicey, delicious & tender. I will definitely order again! Thank you so much for the amazing experience!
USExcellent - All very tasty. The Short **** and the rib rack are both delicious and luxurious. Amazing taste and juiciness as long as the recipes are followed. I.e don’t over cook - as I have been known to do in the past :) The ground Venison is very popular for meat balls, breakfast patties and and also for Venison/Liver pate (for those that enjoy liver) with a bit of Bourbon, whipping creme and Thyme.
