USWe bought this for New Years Eve. Tender, delicious and great for multiple people.
USSous vide @ 128 for 7 hrs, then on a hot grill for 2 mins each side. Served it w/ a little homemade cherry balsamic reduction sauce. So tender w/ wonderful flavor! The raw meat had such a delicious, fresh smell right out of the package!!
