USIt's only been a week since I began taking Deer Velvet so I don't notice any changes yet but I've been taking the Beef Organ Bundle for 5 mos and I notice a lot less inflammation in my joints and have an overall better sense of well being. Love these products. And they are much less expensive and better quality than other organ supplements on the market.
