USFirst time trying Elk meat and I thought it was delicious! The medallions were lean, tender and tasty. No gamey taste at all. I used the ground meat in a pasta sauce that was also very good.
USQuick delivery, and gorgeous meat. I made a blackberry and bourbon sauce to go with the elk steaks and with the ground elk I made a stroganoff both dishes were lush. Thank you.
USI missed on my hunt this year, I was craving good clean meat. This is a great substitute for wild game. Not gamey and the steaks are excellent, tender cuts.
