USThe Elk medallions are flavorful and very tender. We simply seasoned them with seasoned salt and pepper and grilled them. The ground elk is just as flavorful and delicious!
USShipping was great, delivered safe and secure, frozen by dry-ice. Ground elk makes for an incredible chili in slow cooker. Ate it with jalapeño cornbread. Can’t wait to try the others!
