USI have never had Elk before but I love it. It can definitely become one of my favorite meats.
USi love elk and first light does elk very well. the quality and flavor was very enjoyable. my only slight criticism would be on the medallions. if the size was just 1-2oz larger, they would be the perfect size and my wife and i could use just 1 steak each for a dinner.

USIf you haven’t tried this, or any of the meat from this farm…do yourself a favor and just add it to the cart and click purchase. It’s worth it, I promise. You can taste how pure the meat is (I know that sounds weird). Tender and delicious, perfectly gamey tasting without being too strong.
