USI love the quality of the elk! So lean and a great nutritional profile. The ground elk is fabulous and my cats love it too! I use it to make raw food along with their nutritional supplements. The only disappointment was the size of the elk medallions, Small for the price, but excellent meat. Other than that, I would’ve rated it five stars.

USThe Elk medallions are very tender and very flavorful. We just sprinkle with pepper, seasoned salt and grill them. The ground Elk is also excellent quality and is a great substitute for ground beef.
USThese are incredible products that definitely live up to my standards for meat. So tender and soft and most importantly… clean!
