USAmazing taste. While I hope to someday in the near future get my own elk, this meat was awesome. We made burritos with the ground (awesome) and ate the steaks with just salt and pepper. Also arrived well packaged and frozen. I'll buy again.
USWeve had a few shipments from First Light farms. All have been great quality. When they were out of a cut that we subscribed to - they reached out immediately to swap to another choice at no added cost to us or gave us the option to skip. Great customer service.

USGreat food at a great price
USI love the quality of the elk! So lean and a great nutritional profile. The ground elk is fabulous and my cats love it too! I use it to make raw food along with their nutritional supplements. The only disappointment was the size of the elk medallions, Small for the price, but excellent meat. Other than that, I would’ve rated it five stars.
