USI loved this elk medallion samplers, and the ground elk is such high quality. If you haven't tried elk before this is a great one to buy to really test out the flavor and quality. Better than beef!

USAmazing taste. While I hope to someday in the near future get my own elk, this meat was awesome. We made burritos with the ground (awesome) and ate the steaks with just salt and pepper. Also arrived well packaged and frozen. I'll buy again.
