    Great change of pace!

    Have you ever wanted to blow away your dinner guests? You're in luck, serve them this elk, they're going to LOVE it! It's hard to believe but, this cut is simultaneously, tender, tasty AND low fat. Try it, it's worth the money.

    Prompt Service and Great Product at a Fair Price

    It was great!! I reached out to customer care to find out more about when I’d receive the product due to a trip I was getting ready to take. Someone responded within 15 minutes. Exactly what they said would happen did. The Elk Rib Rack I ordered was as described. I have seen a few others complain it was chewy, or gristly….. It does come not fully processed and ready for the grill or oven, so I wonder if maybe that’s what they are knocking it for? You do have to do some trimming to remove the “silver”, or membrane (which can be tough). I marinated mine in garlic, fresh rosemary, salt, pepper, then cooked it on the grill until it reached 132º internally. It was melt in your mouth gnaw on the bone good! I have not one complaint!!

    Cut perfectly with a generous amount of meat.

    It was my first time smoking elk and reverse searing and it was a huge hit. Definitely good quality meat. I had some concerns about how long it was taken for me to get my order, but they communicated almost immediately. I appreciate that.
