USThis was beyond good! I cooked it rare in elk caul fat and marrow ( wish you guys sold the most precious stuff too). Absolutely incredible flavor and texture.

UShalf of my order packaging was torn and bleeding when i removed it from the box…so not knowing how long the elk was exposed to freezer, had to throw away half the items i ordered…i will not order again
