Cooking Method
- Heat a large frying pan over low-medium heat. Add the olive oil, onion, garlic and pepper and cook until onion is soft.
- Increase the temperature to medium and add the ground Wagyu beef, cumin. paprika, chili and oregano and season with a little salt and pepper. Stir until beef is browned.
- Add the tomato paste and stock and mix through. Reduce heat and simmer until mince has reached the desired consistency (approx. 5 mins).
Serving
Serve in tacos with fresh salsa and guacamole or use as a filling for burritos or quesadillas. Add some kidney or black beans and use as a topping for nachos.
