  • How do subscriptions work?

    • About: You asked, we listened. Subscriptions are now available on select products. We offer a 15% discount when you subscribe to a product. Some products are available at different frequencies (weekly, biweekly, and/or monthly) due to the demand of our products. A minimum commitment of 3 shipments applies to all subscriptions.
    • How it works: As soon as you complete checkout, your first payment will be taken and order processed. The subscription begins on that day of the month. We ship our orders on Mondays and Wednesdays, so if you order Thursday-Sunday it will ship early the next week. Subscriptions will renew at your chosen frequency (weekly, biweekly, and/or monthly) and will ship the following Monday or Wednesday. For example, let’s say you start a monthly subscription on Thursday 9/5. Your order will process and ship on Monday 9/9 and your subscription will renew future orders monthly on the 5th day of each month. At any time, you can pause or cancel your subscription by logging into your account.
    • Other items: At this time, we’re only able to offer subscriptions to a limited number of products due to the demand of our products. As we grow, we will expand our subscription offering.
