Achieving intermuscular marbling from cattle fed on 100% grass is something we pride ourselves on. Less than 15% of First Light Farm’s Wagyu herd grades 6+, meaning less than 0.00000001% of all the beef in the world is grass-fed MBS 6+. This is your opportunity to try the best of the best.
