This item is delivered chilled. If this is purchased with frozen product, your items will be shipped together. Orders are dispatched Mon-Thurs on an overnight service with NZ Couriers for delivery the following day.
We deliver to all urban North and South Island addresses. Orders are dispatched Monday – Thursday on an overnight service for delivery the following day. Our shipping rate is $9.50 nationwide and we offer free delivery for all orders over $200.
We aim to get your order processed and dispatched within 2 working days. Once your order is dispatched, an automated track and trace email will be sent so you can track your order from depot to door. Please check your spam folder if you don’t receive this.
All orders containing perishable product are shipped with authority to leave instructions. We are unable to deliver directly to rural addresses as an overnight service is not available. For our rural customers, we have the option to deliver your order to the nearest NZ Courier depot or agent for collection. We will contact you to confirm collection before dispatching your order.

NZbought for husbands 60th, he was underwhelmed and preferred our home raised, home killed nz beef to be perfectly honest, he likes a nice thick steak, and this wasnt, it wasnt overly fatty or marbled either, unfortunately, could be end of winter leanness of the animal?
Hi Alison, thanks for taking the time to leave a review. Sorry to hear your husband was underwhelmed. Our retail packs that you purchased are sold by weight, not by thickness or marble score which is why they may have been thinner than you'd prefer. We also sell half striploins in MBS 4-5 and MBS 6-8 which can be cut into steaks of your preferred thickness.
